I came here with a few friends on a Monday night as they wanted to show this Australian a truly English experience. As long as you gamble responsibly, you can have a really fun time at the bingo parlour. I prefer playing the paper tickets, I think it exercises the brain more but i believe the hardcore players use the touch pads. But you have to listen and act fast because the numbers get called out very quickly. The best part is how cheap the meals and drinks are. This ends up being quite an affordable activity. Although none of us won anything, it ended up being a fun night. I found the staff friendly and helpful, particularly for newbies like me. Going to a bingo parlour is something you should do at least once in your life. I genuinely enjoyed myself here.

NEW to the club and helped out by the wonderful 'San'. People don't always remember what you say, but they always remember how you made them feel. San gave us a warm welcome and helped us to find our feet in the Club. A great asset to your team.

The staff are so lovely except the new manager he is so ignorant and when you do speak to him he’s like a robot. I was led to believe you have to check a paper claim with the staff checking the number but the only one who dosent actually check is the manger himself😂

Very nice staff, the manger Jayne was very kind and her colleague Jane was super helpful. The place has a lot of stuff going on bingo and games. It was really clean, modern. The food and drink was very good quality and good prices. The whole experience was good and all the staff where freindly and fun. Recommended for nice warm sit down and a game of bingo 👍

Staff ace bar very slow. Not lady's fault .having to sort Ur own wizz out not good missing fist game staff cut backs not always a good thing waiting to put money on Ur board Widnes better well staffed .

It's a good laugh and there are always deals on. I have won a fair few times so I always feel it's worth it. You have to stay very quiet or people moan to be honest. The food is cheap and frozen but it tastes great in my opinion. Sometimes they can go a bit fast but I always watch the screens anyway as they pop up a second before to give you time. I wouldn't recommend the touch pads as I'm not sure what their policy is when they break - which seems to be often. I dunno if you get any money back. Also, make sure you shout loudly if you get anything - I've seen people miss out on money when we could hear them but the caller couldn't.

I visited gala for the first time 2 weeks ago. We usually go to Mecca in Crewe but thought we'd give it a go! Very tired and miserable looking place as was the bingo caller. The lady tidying the place was nice and friendly but look way over worked! Running around to check winning tickets, cleaning and tidying and she want spoken to by other staff very nicely either, I actually felt sorry for her! It wasn't terrible but I want great either. I wouldn't be gutted if I didn't go again anyway! I'll stick to Mecca :)
