Excellent Customer Service Clean/sterilise all counters, seats & optical equipment between customers Eye test = £25 OTC test = £10 I undergo the extra test so Specsavers can monitor my eyes & optical nerves

Thank you for my new varifocal reactolite spectacles. I have to use my previous reading glasses to avoid eye strain on my laptop. The reading area on the varifocals is too small. I have similar restricted vision reading car dashboard instruments. I am better not wearing glasses to drive. The reactolite feature is very effective but normal sunglasses would be cheaper.

Good service in store but had to wait over a week for my new glasses and not as much choice in frames as there has been previously. Had to order in both pairs.

Absolutely delighted! I had cataract surgery on my left eye in July. Unfortunately the pressure went up, so I was advised not to get glasses until eye had settled. Went for eye test exactly 6 months after my op. Everything ok. Chose new glasses with 1 prescription lens and 1 balance lens. I have to say that my vision has never, in my life so far, been as good! Everything is tack-sharp! The lenses are nice & thin and frames are easy clean and light to wear. I only use them for watching telly and for distance, but am more than satisfied! When I have my other eye done, I'll go back to varifocals. Possibly reactolight, too, so I don't have to carry 3 pairs of specs around! (Reading, distance & sunglasses). Highly recommend Specsavers!

Fantastic service!! Accidently booked my contact lens check for the wrong week, via their website, but they squeezed me in anyway when they didn't have too. They were very busy but still as professional and attentive to every patient. Both opticians I seen were very friendly and gave great advice and service. Having visited several other Specsavers I have found the Barrow in Furness branch to be the best by far. The level of service is well above other opticians and having experienced a small accident with my eye, the Optician took me as an emergency appointment, thoroughly examined my eye and followed it up with another appointment - I was left feeling reassured and have the highest confidence in the staff at this branch.
