Year ago, visited this branch (whilst shopping) as my eye test was 2 years overdue. So glad I did! Because of the pandemic all the staff were obviously extremely busy and under a lot of pressure. Confident with the Covid secure measures and felt safe with the procedures that were in place. Really impressed how friendly and efficient they were under difficult circumstances, and I never felt rushed. Killing two birds with one stone, I asked for contact lenses options. Two weeks later I had my glasses ready and first contact lens trial fitting. The Lady was very understanding and talked me through but after 30 minutes I opted to continue the process at comfort of my home. Week later I was still not able to put the lenses in and was getting frustrated with myself. Again, same lady amazed me with patience and confident she was! Did not let me go without taking time to show me how to put contact lenses in. Overall, three weeks of swearing, frustrations and about giving up! Finally manged to put them in and out without any hassle! Contact lenses delivered few weeks later. Month later came back with my sister for her first eye test. They gave her eyes a super workout, nothing was missed. She picked her new glasses and really love them. 4th of November this year, I attended for my annual examination. Very professional but relaxed and very friendly under the guidance of (I am sorry, forgot the name) Indian doctor. Hope this branch's staff in Bathgate is well appreciated and much valued by their management. They really deserve it! From the moment you walk through the door you are made to feel at ease. Just what you need in these busy times.

Visited in Tesco store bathgate was not pleasant experience the manager in vison Express was not very customer friendly the staff member was trying her best to process my needs she was very nice Had trouble asking manager for help thought the manager attitude was terrible.

Experiencing issues with wearing glasses with a face mask I decided to give contact lenses a try. The staff at Vision Express Bathgate were superb. I had a problem initially with removing the lenses but after returning the following day for another attempt I was confident enough to take the lenses away for a week trial. The trial ran smoothly and am delighted with my new contact lenses. I'm sure I wouldn't have persevered it it hadn't been for the patience and encouragement of the staff.

I had an excellent experience at this Vision Express. The lady who did my pre-tests was chatty and lovely and did everything smoothly. The optician, Eddie, was lovely and tested my eyes efficiently and fully. He was also chatty and answered any questions I had very thoroughly. The customer service was lovely and the lady on the shop floor helped me look at different styles of glasses too. I would recommend here to anyone who simply needs a test, or wants to look at some lovely designer glasses.

I had been giving wrong prescription (unbeknown to me) the optician at this branch was great and issued me with new prescription n glasses free when although I should have waited a year until next test was due. Couldn't recommend high enough
