Boots eye care at Forestside were wonderfully helpful today when my Mum’s glasses were cutting her. She hadn’t purchased them there, but the staff were happy to help and solved the problem without cost.

I had a lovely experience with boots opticians. I booked an eye test online and when attending I was greeted on arrival. I was glad to see all the safety measures they have put in place for Covid-19. The staff were all very professional and friendly. The optometrist and I chatted during my eye test and I mentioned I was a student. Afterwards when I had selected new glasses, the clerk told me that my eye test was free and that they were giving me 10% off my glasses for being a student. They even made me an appointment to pick up my glasses the week after. Really quick and efficient service!

Today I went in with a scratched eye from my babies sharp nails ha! The optometrist who looked after me was sooooo amazing, (a young blonde lady) sorry I can’t remember the name 🙈they saw me almost immediately and she was super kind and caring! Highly recommend!
