I had the best experience in store today. The member of staff took such considered time with me to help me choose new frames. I had an idea of what I wanted and what I was shown and the time that was spent with me surpassed my expectations. The variety is just fabulous but that time and honest help is just the best. I needed to upgrade my glasses and can't recommend EK Eyewear enough. Simple booking process and Donna picked out a pair of glasses I would never have chosen on my own. I'm now wearing my glasses more than my contacts and everyone is commenting on them!

Eavan and her team carried out possibly the most thorough eye exam that I have ever had, their knowledge and experience evident throughout. My prescription is quite strong so top of wish list when it comes to spectacles is the thinnest possible lenses again EK Eyewear did not disappoint. They've even helped me out with the odd eyewear emergency at very short notice!

Optician + Staff 5/5. Lab 1/5. I can't recommend Eavan and the other optician highly enough. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming too. A few years back the Lab they use replaced a lens which had cracked at the frame a few months after being put in with bad grace saying they wouldn't be doing it again. This year I sent my old frames back in to have a scratched lens replaced and they broke the nose piece. No mention of any redress. Glasses simply sent back. Actually, 1/5 seems sort of generous.

Back in March, due limited availability of contact lens solution in local shops, Eavan went out of her way to obtain some for me via her suppliers and delivered direct to me. Great thought and care provided by the team.
