This was my first appointment with Hall & Co Eyewear. It will not be my last! I found every aspect of my appointment to be first class. From the eye test to the end of the visit, I was passed seamlessly through each stage of the process. While the process was very efficient it was personal and obvious that client satisfaction was central to the company. The ambience is airy and attractive. The range of frames wonderful. I was really over the moon with my experience at Jonathan Hall Opticians. Lynn conducted my eye test and put me at ease right away. There were a few different kinds of test and technology used and I felt in safe hands. Deborah then helped me find the right frames for my face and I walked away with two wonderful pairs. I used to not bother much with my old glasses, but now I think I’ll be wearing these all the time! The service was so personal, professional and friendly so I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you!

The service I've always received at Jonathon Halls practice is first class. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the surroundings are clean and welcoming. On arrival you are offered a cup of coffee while you wait which is a lovely extra. The equipment is all very technically up to date and I have complete confidence in the treatment given. They are excellent and keeping in touch through text message , letters and email for updated information about the practice and future appointments. My daughter attended from the age of 8 years and I was so impressed with the way Jonathon Hall always made her feel at ease and how caring and attentive he was. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone regardless of age. First class in every way.

This is a very friendly and welcoming opticians which I would highly recommend. Not many businesses would allow customers to bring dogs into their premises from the car on an unexpectedly hot day but this is exactly the kind of treatment we got at Jonathan Hall's. Also I am extremely grateful that on another occasion, an ongoing troublesome eye problem was correctly diagnosed during a routine eye test which enabled me to seek the correct treatment from the hospital and led to it being cured. I was recommended to visit Jonathan hall opticians as they were rated very highly by a family member. I was struggling with my verivocal glasses and was taking them off to actually read as my vision was impaired wearing them. JH opticians spent a great deal of time checking my eyes and reassured my that my eyes were healthy. They were very thorough in all aspects and discussed/recommended the most appropriate type of lense to suit my need which was a little complex.. I can honestly say that my new glasses are superb and provide me with the best vision I have ever had. I have no eye strain at all and no difficulty with my computer work which previously had started to cause some concern. I cannot recommend them highly enough. All in all a superb service.

Aged 42 this was my first eye-test since primary school. From organising the appointment, to the coffee on arrival to the actual eye test, everything went swimmingly. Optician Aidan is a really nice bloke, thorough and ready to answer all questions. Unfortunately cannot comment on advice on glasses, as miraculously still do not need any. Suspect they are only 2-3 years away though. Will be back!
