A. M.Stuart and the Team in this store are fantastic, I couldn't recommend them highly enough, From the initial Eye exam and advice on treatments etc. to the collection and adjustments of both my new frames each staff member I had encountered was friendly and efficient at their job.
On collection of my new frame I noticed a small nic on the bridge of the frame.
Within an 5 minutes of me calling down to see them they had replaced the frame and introduced me to the NoFogCloth which realy helps when wearing my glasses with the Mask.
It was genuinely a pleasure to deal with this branch.

D. M.Made an appointment yesterday and went to Connswater Spec Savers today after losing my glasses which meant I couldn't drive or even watch TV. On checking in one of the young men said ' you're the lady who lost her glasses, let's get you sorted'. After eye test I was told if my lenses were in stock I could have them in an hour, which happened. I can't say how grateful I am to all the staff at Connswater, so pleasant to deal with and a great efficient service.

R. S.Specsavers in connswater is a really busy branch, but the team there are excellent, very efficient, friendly and helpful. The opticians are so thorough and thoughtful. Great experience and prompt receipt of glasses, and after service excellence.
R. B.Eye test proved critical in diagnosing 'Angle Closure' condition. This literally saved my eyesight. The required laser procedure was totally successful. Everyone should seriously consider opting for the 3D scan which identified the condition affecting both of my eyes. It is a small price to pay for ensuring that narrowing Angle Closure is identified before it is too late. There are no symptoms for this condition hence the vital importance of diagnosing it in good time. Failure to have a full eye test which then identifies this condition runs the risk of total loss of eyesight. There is no way back should the condition not be identified and it escalates to an untreatable stage. Finally, I understand there is no way eyesight can be restored once it is lost due to the Narrow Angle Closure condition.
