Took 6 year old daughter for sight test. Staff were friendly. Optician was a lovely gentleman. Good procedures in place due to covid. Everything kept clean and sanitised.

The telephone manner from the staff, when arranging my appointment was excellent, the welcome was excellent, the opticians examination for glasses and contact lenses was excellent plus, my collection of glasses was both excellent and swift! Me and my mum went here a few weeks back and the customer service was more than expected from any store.. Sharon was very helpful when recommending us glasses and helping us out with what way the glasses sat on our face and told us a lot of things we never knew about getting new glasses.. we weren't rushed in the slightest and she took so much time and detail when offering us lots of styles.. Highly recommend to go get your glasses from Sharon :):)

Firstly Sincere thanks to Karen and the team at the Park centre branch, on saving my sight in my left eye.. After arriving for a standard (and free for the month of July) eye check-up, I was made comfortable in a situation that can be quite unnerving for many. I’d been experiencing what looked like black flys in my vision and a dark cloud creeping up from the bottom left of my left eye. It turns out that my retina was detaching. Karen quickly ascertained exactly what the problem was, swiftly contacted the Royal Victoria Hospital Eye Casualty, with all the details from the tests the had been done and had me ushered promptly to where they were waiting. Had this not been dealt with in this in time, it’s pretty safe to say that I’d be a bit of a one eyed wonder. If you’re thinking about getting your eyes checked, then trust your own judgment that there’s a reason you feel this way and put yourself safely in the hands of personable, friendly, competent professionals. I called in at the Park Centre store expecting to buy a new case for my glasses which I had lost the lovely girl that attended to me took me at my word as I did not have my glasses with me and provided a brand new better case (the design had changed) at no expense. There is good customer service and there is excellent customer service the lovely assistant called Orlaigh Falls into the latter she is a credit to the store and to specsavers Well done her a happy customer...
