I had an appointment at Vision Express @ Knocknagoney on Saturday 10/4. I honestly can't recommend this store enough, the staff are an absolute delight to deal with and professional to boot, everything was clean and in line with current restrictions. Claire was incredibly helpful and made the choosing of my new specs a super easy and fun process. Mairead was very thorough with my eye test and sorted me right out. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Really helpful staff. The ophthalmologist was very kind during the sight test and the other staff members were really helpful when I wasn’t sure which spectacles to buy. I knew that I couldn’t wear large frames as (unlike the rest of me) my face is small so I don’t suit the trendy large frames. Having chosen my new specs and sunglasses, I’ve now received both pairs and I’m really pleased with them. I wouldn’t have had a clue if I hadn’t had a great ophthalmologist and a helpful assistant who helped with choices and then ensured that they were set to fit me. Thank you Tesco for having Vision Express in the shops.

Great customer service at my eye test. This was not my regular test, but booked due to concerns associated with another health condition that could impact on eyesight and I felt that the staff were very caring and attentive and undertook a thorough eye exam.
