Totally loved service i was provided with today. Ended up i needed glasses for first time in my life. Staff - i was served by two lovely ladies which were very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me a lot to go through this process of getting eye tested and selecting of correct glasses for me. Simply said staff went up and above for me today. Thank you very much 🙏

I am very satisfied with the service received at the Vision Express Optical store in the Castle Court shopping centre in Belfast. I booked my appointment online, which made things very easy. On the day of my appointment, I arrived and was greeted by one of the very helpful sales team. We discussed what I was looking for - eye test and new glasses. The lady performed a number of initial tests using modern equipment and then I took a seat whilst I waited for the optometrist to call me through for examination. The examination was very thorough and the optometrist explained everything that he was doing and checking. I was impressed with the whole examination and the optometrist explained the changes to my prescription fully. He also detailed his recommendations for the types of lenses required. Then, I went back outside and spoke to the lady I had dealt with on arrival. I picked the frames that I wanted and went through some paperwork. I paid for my glasses and made arrangements for their collection. All in all, an excellent service. That's why I've been a customer of Vision Express for a long time. Well worth a visit, if you need an eye test or to buy some lovely new glasses.

Very professional yet made to feel welcome, procedure for the eye test was explained at each step and staff was knowledgeable about their products. No pressure to buy expensive frames if I didn’t want to. A pleasurable experience and will always be using them.

Staff were extremely helpful to me on my visit to Vision Express on Friday. Unfortunately I don’t recall the name of the assistant who helped me but she was very patient as I tried on many pairs of glasses and she kept a smile throughout. The optician was lovely and chatty and made me feel very comfortable during the examination. 5 stars!!

Very impressed with the Vision Express setup - both the staff & the equipment. Thorough examinations, all well explained. Totally professional. Plus they had a time slot to suit me. This was for a long-overdue eye test, so it wasn't to purchase any frames for the moment. I will definitely use them again.

Been coming here since my first eye test and wouldn't go anywhere else. Staff are always really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, plus you can have a good chat with them which is always nice. On my last visit, Malahcy (A top fella and knows his stuff) advised me on recent changes to driving laws regarding eyesight that would apply to my category of licence, that I never knew about, which has saved me any potential bother with the PSNI. Outstanding service all round from Vision Express.

I have been a customer with Vision Express longer than Google has being going - almost 30 years. I have returned as a customer over the 30 years - sometimes once a year and of late every 2 years or so. So it pretty clear that this branch has always delivered the best experience possible - and I shall continue to return to them in the coming years. Excellent customer experience over the years and most recently this March of 2021.

Great experience from start to finish. Met at entrance and talked through the restrictions in place for to the pandemic. Quickly brought through to get my initial scans(apologies, missed the lady's name) and then a short wait to see the optician. Kirsty explained everything and listened carefully to my recent eye health history. After taking measurements, walked me through the scans and explained some of my concerns, reassuring me that there were no issues. Kirsty handed me over to Rebecca who got some information on my usage and then went through the choices and recommendations. Selected new spectacles and these arrived as advised. Perfect.

Have had only good experiences here. Optometrists and opticians here are good at what they do, all other staff are friendly and helpful as well. Aftercare with contact lenses has always been great, I even got the chance to get my eye checked after getting an infection and was given a diagnosis and treatment as if I had went to an actual doctor, just much quicker. Great service, would recommend!

Bought a new pair of glass and got all the added extra bits for the lenses. They sent them to the wrong address, I also had to go out of my way to chase them up about my glasses not them reaching out to me which is what I would expect when you pay near 400 pounds for glasses. They offered me a second pair on the house and said they were sorting it with hermes so I left it a week, again had to call them to chase up the glasses and was informed that they ordered a second pair so now i am waiting nearly 2 months for a pair of glasses that i really need as i am very blind and cant function without my glasses. I'm annoyed as i have been going here 10 plus years and this is just very poor communication as I had been left in the dark until I personally chased it up not impressed and could be the last time I use them.

Called in for an eye test - no appointment booked, but was seen to straight away and despite them being very busy (they suspected a retinal tear). Couldn't recommend this opticians enough. They noticed a small bleed behind my eye which I went to my gp and got the issue resolved. Friendly staff every time I've attended here.
