The optician was absolutely first class and couldn’t have put me more at ease considering it had been over 20 Years since i had my eyes tested. When I was handed over to the staff to consider what glasses to choose I was left alone at a time when I needed advice on what style of frames would suit me best. Needless To say I didn’t commit to anything at that time and decided to come back another time.

Hi, I have had my eyes tested recently at Vision Express, Forestside. It was a very pleasant experience with all the staff, from the Opthalmist through to the floor staff. Unfortunately on previous occasions 2-3 years ago I would have had a very different review. Horrible and very expensive experience. Thankfully all the staff seem to be different and I must stress that they have an excellent attitude towards customer service and this could not have been a much better experience. I was delighted with all aspects of my recent visit to Vision Express. Thanks, David.

Not having had an eye test for a number of year's I was not exactly looking forward to my appointment but was soon put at ease by the friendly staff. I was taken on time and put through the various tests which were fully explained. I was then guided through the choice of frames and lenses. I have to say the entire experience was pleasant and carried out with professionalism. Highly recommended.

Fantastic customer service. Ordered safety glasses for work which were delayed due to exceptional demand caused by COVID. Staff phoned every week with update on order. Fixed issue with glasses when they did come and followed up by phone to make sure I was happy. Highly recommend good choice of frames and normal glasses that I ordered are perfect

All the staff were so helpful especially Marian, she was so patient and professional with my mum who is elderly. Emma and Megan were the type of people you want to help you through the process of how your vision has progressed since my last visit with the gentle of handling (not mentioning my age). selection of a frame all in the most professional manner.deff 5+ visit.

I had an emergency appointment on Monday 22nd. I called up that morning explained my emergency and they were able to take me that afternoon. I was really thankful about as I was very anxious because my eyesight had considerably deteriorated over the last fortnight. The optician who saw me was very patient and thorough they took their time explaining everything and made me feel at ease I couldn't recommend them more. This was my 2nd ever eye exam with a commercial optician and I'd definitely go there again so thank you.

The staff at Vision Express have been very helpful and professional however 2 weeks after both my myself and my wife’s glasses were ordered, they haven’t even begun to make my wife’s. Estimated delivery time for the glasses is just under a month, hence the reason for 3 stars.

First time with Vision Express, got eyes tested and fitted for nw glasses. Optician was highly knowlegeable and was able to explain clearly about the effects and how to deal with my cataracts going forward. The assistant who dealt with my frame fitting was faultlessly professional and knowledgeable also, explaining very clearly the use of varifocal glasses for a first time user. A very pleasant experience overall and fwho or me most importantly very reassuring that I was in the right hands of people whose aim was to be best for customer and their individual needs.
