N. K.I brought my three pairs of glasses from here and wouldn't go anywhere else. The service is excellent, and the staff (especially Naomi) was really patient and helpful. I appreciated this, and it took me longer than expected to choose the glasses. I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family!
T. R.Cannot rave about my experience enough. Laura was fabulous at putting me at ease. After having issues with my eyes previously (picked up by a previous optician) I was nervous about having an eye test but from the minute I walked in I was immediately made to feel at ease. Nothing was too much trouble and Laura talked through the whole process and discussed my worries and put my mind at rest. I cannot thank you enough Laura for looking after me so well.
Then on to choosing my new glasses, what can I say, Naomi was absolutely fantastic. I explained what I was looking for and then Naomi picked out some frames based on what I said. She gave me her honest opinion on how the frames looked on my face and made recommendations based on this. Naomi then explained the lenses and made recommendations based on my job and what would help with fatigue too. I wasn't rushed or pressured into anything and I felt completely at ease with the whole process.
My new glasses arrived within 2 weeks (they were posted out to me) which was fantastic especially given the Christmas break. I certainly won't be going anywhere else for my eye tests or glasses again. Cannot recommend Bainbridge enough.
M. H.I've been a customer for years and so have my mother and husband. We all get excellent service despite several complex eye problems. They also have a great range of frames to choose from, including small (adult) sizes. First class. Don't use chains - they just don't compare.

I was so impressed with the quality of service and professionalism that myself and my son are now using their services. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, always happy to help and answer questions. I would definitely recommend Bainbridge.

As someone with a complex prescription, I really care about a quality, personal service, and Bainbridge do that on both the prescribing and dispensing side. Naomi spent a long time helping me choose my most recent frames, and they're absolutely perfect!
