J. S.Amazing experience. Friendly staff who could even speak my native language. Opticians are well educated, easily identifying the problems and helping you understand solutions as efficiently as possible. Was a good experience overall with a nice selection of glasses, prompt time management with regards to updates on glasses orders, etc. Feels a much better and more personal/caring experience than somewhere like Specsavers; truly a great independent and multicultural business.
