t. s.My experience of Pabari Opticians has only ever been excellent. From the comprehensive eye tests, which assess not only eyesight but also eye health using the best available technology, to help choosing lenses and frames, and aftercare. Every member of staff is courteous and professional and customer care is first rate. The best optician I’ve ever had and I have no intention of finding a new one even though I am no longer local to Moseley.
S. M.I could not recommend these Opticians enough. My entire interaction with them was effortless and perfect from the start. Arranging an appointment was no fuss at all. The Optician that tested my eyes was wonderful, took time to talk through the tests, got to know me which would have helped with the diagnoses. The rest of the staff who helped me with my glasses, ordering the lenses etc were all so lovely and friendly. Where possible i always try to use independent, family run businesses because they care more and the approach is always more personal. T. D.I've only had one visit to Pabari so far, but am already converted! Very professional, no waiting, the whole team were friendly and involved in getting all the tests done. The optician, Amisha was thorough and came up with a solution that I hadn't even heard of - varifocal GP lenses. Would definitely recommend to others in the area that want a friendly, personal and professional service.
A. N.One Saturday last month my eyes became increasingly sore and I stopped in at the Boots in Moseley for some drops. The pharmacist refused to sell me any until I had consulted an optician and I called into Pabari's. I could not fault the standard of care, the thoroughness of the examination. The diagnosis was bacterial conjunctivitis & blephritis and drops were supplied. Imagine my surprise when, on Wednesday, Emily called to see how I was as they were concerned for me! No doctor, or surgeon after operating on me, has ever demonstrated that level of concern. I returned later for a test and had a spare set of glasses made up. All the staff I encounted: Mr Pabari, Emily, Louise, Adam and another young man whose name I am ashamed to say I can't now remember, were courteous, professional and seemed genuinely interested. I cannot recommend Pabari's more highly.

Not the cheapest but had a good promotion on when I went. Quality glasses. You get what you pay for and I’d say it’s very good value for money. Great to see an independent out shine the big chains.
J. O.Just come back from Pabaris'. Words just fail me. How excellent. From the moment I opened the front day, to the moment I left. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. One is treated as a human being and just a patient. I was in for about an hour and looked after every minute.
On top of that to be told my eyesight had improved and my long vision was to RAF standard (if only the rest of me was in such good state)
