K. S.5* Service! Staff are great, extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional! Very thorough eye examination, great selection of glasses and sun glasses available, plus the option for additional coating on lenses. My appointment has been during the current pandemic which I was rather nervous about, but I must say I felt very safe and reassured when I attended. Masks are worn, temperature check, hand gel, plus if you touch it or try it on...they clean it! Will definitely be going back to Penzer Opticians for my next review!
L. E.I was very nervous about going to get my eyes tested due to coronavirus. However as soon as I stepped into the reception they made me feel so at ease. Checked my temperature (no company has done this so far) then directed me to the seating area. When I walked into the opticians there was plenty of distance. The optician was so friendly and could tell I was nervous. She even stopped and spoke about other things to get me comfortable. After the two tests I went and chose the glasses. The receptionist was friendly and we had a few laughs. She even remembered me from 7 years ago. They gave me plenty of time to choose the glasses and helped with my options. I would 100% recommend anyone to go here. Granted I have not had the glasses yet but I know they will be amazing.

E. S.If I could rate this place more than 5 stars I would! This is THE BEST opticians I have ever had the pleasure to visit. The staff are amazing every single one of them.. they go above and beyond for you.. they are so kind, friendly and helpful. I recently ordered some contact lenses. They kept me in the loop throughout. They taught me how to use them and had patience with me... and even when I lost one at home (after 2 days!!!) They remembered I had an important event on the weekend and went above and beyond to help me sort them out to get them in time. It took them TWO DAYS to sort it out for me. The ladies helped me choose my frames too.. and they gave me the brutal honesty I need when deciding what suits. They are exceptional.. and thank you SO much to each one of you.
I.Very Happy with the service received at Penzer Opticians. l usually use a well known chain of Opticians but Penzer just gave me the feeling of being more caring throughout the whole process. l will continue to use them in the future for sure. Highly recommended.

S.I've been coming to Penzers for a long time. I will never go anywhere else because they're friendly and professional and I have never had a bad experience. They have good measures in place at the moment to deal with the pandemic as well.
A. M.Pleasant reception staff and the opticians are ok too. What I like about this place the most is that there is no hard sell of their frames. You can go in, get tested and not feel remotely obliged to buy glasses from them.
