Brilliant service and probably one of the best opticians in Birmingham. I needed glasses quickly for a trip not only did they deliver before the expected time, but also the quality of the lens and frame is fantastic. They went above and beyond to deliver my glasses, definitely coming here more.

Excellent opticians. They are all incredibly friendly and eager to help. I had previously been there twice after having problem with a pair of glasses I'd bought elsewhere. Piccadilly Opticians went out of their way to help me resolve a problem caused by a less competent optician, spending a good amount of time examining the glasses's lenses and observing whether they were correct for my eyes. I returned to them to buy some prescription sunglasses which are really brilliant, they have a really brilliant selection of frames, great quality lenses and are very, very friendly.

The best opticians I have been to in years. Experience from start to finish has been impeccable. Super friendly, helpful advice. Thorough and explanatory examination, even going the extra mile by contacting the eye hospital about a long standing eye condition I have. Friendly and a super choice of frames.. I've always gone to the mainstream opticians and had mediocre service (never again) but these guys were not only friendly but really honest and helpful. I'm a firm believer of paying for good service and supporting local businesses but these guys surpassed expectations. They not only use local lense makers but are also very good at what they do and are very passionate! I cannot speak highly enough of this business. Asa and Jenny are the nicest people to deal with. And they helped me resolve a recent difficulty with complete professionalism and care. I have been wearing glasses for thirty years now, mostly using the usual high street chains during that period. But this is by far the nicest and most professional optician I've ever used. This is the best opticians I've ever been to! As soon as you walk through the door you get greeted with friendly staff which are more then happy to help. They have a range of stunning optical glasses and sunglasses which you can try on and admire. After being shown a range of glasses I managed to find a pair which suited my face shape. The resized the arms on the glasses i picked as they were a little too long (I've got a small head) They have great knowledge about each brand they stock so you know what your spending your money on and are happy to answer any questions you may have. Overall I had a lovely shopping experience with Piccadilly Opticians! Thank you for all you're help. I can't wait to come back and choose my second pair :) #MoneyWellSpent

My husband and I have been using Picadilly Opticians for many years. The owners, Jen & Asa, run a first class business with excellent customer service. Poonam does a thorough eye test and can spot irregularties and eye problems immediatly. They have unique designer frames in a range of colours which will suit any indivual although Jen and Asa seem to be able to find the perfect frames for each person. We have had many compliments on our glasses, so If you haven't tried Picadilly Opticians before, we recommend that you do so as you will not be disappointed.

In short: Excellent outfit. Superb choice of genuinely high quality, stylish frames from interesting and unusual brands that you might not find elsewhere with service to match. In long: Glasses are a major investment and for many people a full-time projection of identity and style. In my mind, my glasses aren’t just an accessory but my face. Before Piccadilly, I had used a national chain - and parted with hundreds of pounds for naff service and designer-branded frames that quickly deteriorated in quality. Piccadilly is a world apart from the slapdash approach of those retailers. It was a pleasure trying on different frames and styles, and talking about sizing, frame manufacture and quality. I came away with a wonderful pair of glasses that suit me to a tee. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Piccadilly to anybody seeking new eyewear.
