Both optician and receptionist are fantastic, made both my girls aged 8 and 10 feel very comfortable. The optician spoke to the girls, made them laugh and explained everything to THEM!! Brilliant and highly recommend

Received exceptional customer service on saturday by a young lady who was very knowledgeable and actually wanted to help. She did my frame repair free of charge in a matter of minutes when I have been turned away from specsavers saying they can't do anything about it. Extremely professional lady, clearly been trained to a high standard. An asset to the store. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend to visit this store.
