I was passed onto this opticians from a 999 call with regards to my daughters health. The optician was outstanding with his knowledge and he had a real concern to get my daughter seen by the right people. His compassion and effort was second to none. Very warm and welcoming when you arrive. Extremely professional and efficient. Look after my eyesight to a high standard. They ensure to keep you safe during the pandemic too, which has been a relief as I’ve been shielding. I fully recommend using the Eye Collective at Hall Green. Very friendly and welcoming staff, a relaxed and professional environment where you’re not just treated as a number. They will always go out of there way to help in any way which they can. I would highly recommend the Eye Collective as there eye care is thorough and proper to make sure you have the best prescription too suit your needs. As well as a wide variety of modern frames, and if you want a particular style they will go out of there way to source them.
