What a lovely team and an excellent level of customer service. They have a beautiful range of chic stylish sunglasses and very helpful staff. I have two young children and the staff were wonderful with them when I was choosing glasses. The advice given is helpful and honest and they are very customer oriented. I feel the service is very personalised which is refreshing nowadays with so many large retailers around it is lovely to have a more personalised service. I will certainly be using them as my opticians as well as for any future glasses purchase. The staff member I dealt with, Meghan, was extremely helpful. Many thanks for a great service.

I have been coming to looks for many years and I've always been happy with the service I receive from friendly staff, despite the many other opticians on the high street. The other opticians look more appealing but are impersonal. I picked up a new pair of glasses which were measured on the new machine which took personalised measurements and they fit well with great vision. It is my intention to continue to use Looks.

Eye collective , previously known as Looks have provided great eye care for me ! The lady optometrist has on two occasions discovered issues after thorough testing! She immediately referred me to Emergency Eye department at City Road where I received excellent care and treatment too! It is due to the diligence and care of ‘The Eye Collective’ that serious problems have been nipped in the bud . The importance of good quality eye care and educational information to look after my eyes has is something I am most grateful for ! We often take our sight for granted and forget appointments and check ups! Had I avoided appointments I would undoubtedly have had a very serious problem . Laser staples fixed a tear in my cornea and more recently a scratch on my other eye has been repaired by following advice and treatment from the swift referral made by. Eye Collective ! A great service for trifocals! I have a complicated prescription and a history of glaucoma in my family - so I really appreciated the time and care the Opticians at Looks take over my prescriptions. They also have been very good with our children - and caught that one of our children needed glasses for distance, which has really helped. Looks has been our optician for many years - and that's because of the excellent service, time, care and attention they show our eye health & vision checks. I would highly recommend Looks to anyone.

I always receive a friendly and professional service at Looks opticians/The Eye Collective!! The eye tests are very thorough and although don’t need glasses myself I always get my sunglasses from here as they have the best selection on the high street. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
