A. A.Great service. Very polite staff. Met three people who were all very helpful, professional and made the appointment run as smoothly as possible. I was given great advice and was supported through the whole process. Definitely a positive experience.
L. C.I took my Nan who suffers with dementia. The ladies there were all amazing with her, made her feel at ease and whilst the eye tests were completed they showed compassion and understanding. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because I feel the up-selling was too much and the costs of the glasses were excessive for an 81 year old woman. No questions were asked about any benefits to take into consideration with the costs.
But the service and caring staff outweighed the overall cost.
S.Buying new prescription glasses was a quick and pleasant experience. The staff at Vision Express treated me well and gave good advise when purchasing my glasses. I would definitely consider using this opticians again! The only downside is the fact that it's open-plan layout means sound from the outside from rumbling dolly's can sometimes make it hard to hear when speaking with staff.
