Always a very professional and friendly service from all colleagues at the store. Third time I've had an eye test here now but I recommend Vision Express from the very first one and continue to do so. Thorough examinations, all questions answered and concerns explained. Good choice of glasses and was very happy to learn that I got the value of the Grand Advantage cover I purchased first time round as a discount on my new purchase since I did not claim on it within the first two years.

What a wonderful experience I had at Vision Express. They gave me, great care and a thorough eye test. I also went through all the glasses and had a personal assistant helping me with my choice of glasses. It's the first time ever of having glasses I felt happy with my final choices of frames. I would recommend.

The optication was amazing. She explained everything to me step by step. She made me feel very comfortable throughout my test been done .she also found something in my eye which should not have been there .she acted upon it immediately, she wrote a letter to the eye hospital and told me to go up there straight away.i did and with her letter of emgency I was seen straight away and the problem was immediately resolved. I feel so lucky and I'm so thankful it was found and dealt with so quickly and promptly. Thank you .had it been left would have been a very serious issue. Many thanks 😊

I found the whole process quite rushed, but I must admit fairly thorough. I felt I was been pressured to purchase the more expensive glasses and ad ons bring the total to almost 300. A lot more than I wanted to and can afford to pay. Be careful

This store is not the best but when I needed a good offer on a set of Hugo Boss frames I found a worker by the name of Grace, who was fantastic. She’s the reason why I took the offer as it was too good to walk away from. The reason why I did not give 5 stars was because of the time it takes to answer calls. It’s really bad customer service. Overall Greta experience, will use again in the future.

Hi I attended Vision Express at the Fort today with my 91 year old mom who has dementia. We were seen my Saad Rehman who was absolutely wonderful. The eye test my mom received was brilliant,Saad was very patient and helped us to establish moms eye problems.I would also like to thank Grace the young lady who helped us choose the spectacles she was also very helpful Thank you very much
