Cannot fault any part of the service I received whatsoever! I requested a call back which I received the following day, then I was given a next day appointment. The Optician was exceptional, very considerate and thorough, and explained everything in detail. I felt very confident with how he performed my eye examination. When it came to choosing my frames, I returned to the reception area, and was initially directed to the free frames options. At no time did I feel pressured into purchasing more expensive frames, (which actually I did by choice, but at a ridiculously ĺow price.!) and the help and advice I received from the receptionist regarding my choice of frames was second to none. Everything was thoroughly explained to me, and I will certainly be returning to this practice for any future eye care. I would thoroughly recommend VisionSpecs as it provided me with a 5⭐ service from beginning to end. There was also exceptional attention paid to safety with regard to covid. Definitely the best service I have ever received from an optician... HUGE thumbs-up! Thank you to all!🤓

Amazing service, moved here from specsavers and it is the best decision I made. The staff are absolutely wonderful so kind and helpful. The place is affordable, I got a great price for some new glasses, for a third of the price then I would have paid at specsavers. You can really feel the great personal service here that you don't get from the big brands, highly recommend them. I am looking forward to getting my contact lenses from them too.

Was worried coming for an eye test due to Covid-19 however I was really impressed and put at ease here. The premises are really clean and have social distancing measures in place. The Optician and Receptionists were really nice and helpful too! Would definitely recommend.
