I visited the optician as a emergency, firstly they were willing to see me and secondly I wasn't a patient. I received a very warm and concerned welcome. And my treatment was excellent, which put my mind at ease. Trust me the staff are professional and lovely.

Have used Richard Wards for decades, never a test questioned, perfect results every time and a very friendly service. That is most important with a retina diabetes check. Unless I move, he is the optician for me.
