Been coming to this branch for over a decade! Always a joy to be here! People who work here are super helpful and friendly! They are always trying to save you money! They have a great selection of glasses. They go out of their way to help you choose the glasses that suit you better. They also have technology which is better than some other opticians. Me and my husband and both of our sisters wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I took my 92 year old mother who has parkinsons for an eye review. The service was excellent. We saw Julie for the initial screening who was patient and kind and then Rachel, the optician who saw us immediately. Rachel, was kind, knowledgeable, answering all my mum's questions, patient, gentle and most professional. Highly recommended and a huge thank you. Marion and Sally.

After being recommended by a friend I managed to get an appointment quickly. Juile and Rachel were extremely thorough and explained what tests were being done. Julie then helped me choose glasses and was honest with frames, helping me to make my choice. When I got home I received a message saying glasses were being made then the next day glasses made. When I went to collect lovely a man ( sorry forgot to check name badge) ensured they fitted and passed me mirror. I am so pleased with service,and the glasses... thanks

I have been having my eyes tested for a number of years at Tesco, and I have got to say I have always had very good treatment, and one reason I keep going back is Rachael, the optician is 1st class, the team changes, but have always been treated very well..... I do pass on my experience to others.

I was seen promptly and the lady who did my initial eye tests was very nice and friendly. I then saw Rachel who was very professional and did a thorough eye test. I then saw Fran who went through what glasses I needed and I also purchased Polaroid sunglasses which were half price. The whole process was excellent.

Had to wait quite a while at initial visit. My partner ordered 3 pairs of glasses, 2 distant and 1 reading. 3 Distant pairs arrived! 1 set now reordered. I ordered one pair and they appear to be fine.We ordered clip on sunglasses to fit onto our presscription glasses....they arrived but did not fit. Staff were very pleasant but we did not have the best service compared with other opticians.

I arrived on time and was seen straight away. The lady doing the initial eye examinations was lovely and explained everything clearly. I then saw the lady doing my eye test and she was superb. I am having difficulty with my vision due to an illness several years ago and she explained the reasons my eyes were affected. No one had done this before. I chose frames for glasses and sunglasses at my leisure and the staff there were very helpful with my selection of frames. Seamless from the moment I went in.

Prompt. Good protocols and cleaning. Process very good. Perhaps could have wider range of certain styles, but I found a few contenders and narrowed it down quite quickly, so perhaps not having too many too choose from, made it simpler. All done in 1 hour from tests to purchase. Good service.
