After a less than adequate experience with Specsavers I went to VisionExpress. I was seen less than 24 hours after I booked! Which was an incredible breath of fresh air after waiting weeks before. The staff were very kind and charismatic, the optician himself was the one leading the way on this front. Very friendly and engaging and took time to learn about me and teach me about the finer points of what the tests were looking for, what they were designed to look at. After my appointment I opted to have my glasses reglazed instead of a new frame. There was a cost to them but nothing near the amount I paid for new frames before. I'm very happy with the experience and happy to be back using visionexpress again.

Absolutely amazing after sales service. Paid for Ralph Lauren frames and lenses in January. The arm had broke. I believed the screw had come loose. Sadly the spring had come out of the arm and I was told they were not repairable. The customer services assistant checked and as they were fairly new offered me a brand new pair as it shouldn’t have happened so soon. I was told that if I called back after I had done my shopping he would replace the lenses in the new frames. Amazing service. Couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you. Will definitely be recommending 👍

The sight test was fully and properly carried out. However my complaint about the Transitions lenses now failing to work was not properly dealt with. There was a vague reference to the lens guarantee running out but according to Transitions, their products have a lifetime guarantee and Vision Express should offer to replace them. I will be pursuing this via an executive comlaint.

My recent experience with Vision Express Opticians was excellent from start to finish. Everything with the eye examination was done with everything in place to deal with Covid risks. The examination went well & staff were very helpful with selection of frames. The new postal delivery of my new glasses was very efficient, received within eight days.
