Amazing customer service. I've been really happy with my glasses and the service in store for the eye test. Even upon returning, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went put of their way to help me. I would highly recommend.

Updated review: I have recently had some issues with a frame that just wouldn't sit right on my face. Been several times to the shop to try and fix the problem, staff have always been kind and trying their best to help, and eventually have replaced the frame with a new one. Excellent customer service. Every time I have been to this shop I have been welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. And the glasses are so cool too.

I have been buying Ace&Tate glasses for nearly 4 years now. Consistently great designs and exceptional value. Had my first in store experience in the Brighton this month. Amy and Rosie were excellent in serving my queries and went the extra mile to accommodate my needs. The optometrist was also incredibly thorough with my eye test. Can't recommend these guys enough! Wanted some vintage style frames, plain not designer with the best style, walked into Ace & Tate and found the ideal frame in multiple colours and two sizes! Choice ! I've always gone to places such as Vision Express for my glasses, but I'm so glad that I decided to go to Ace&Tate instead. The service I received from the moment I walked in the shop felt like it had such a personal touch and was assisted along the whole purchase. Louis and Nam were brilliant in assisting me in choosing the frame I wanted - and I am extremely fussy! And great people too. Mallik who done my eye test, was great. An extremely knowledgeable, friendly and streamline service. Overall my experience with Ace&Tate was granted by them 3 colleagues and I was very impressed They are great assets to Ace&Tate. Really lovely helpful staff who not only spent a lot of time helping me choose the glasses/sunglasses they managed to fit me in for an eye test which I’ve been meaning to do for a long time. Optician was also very nice and helpful. Great quality glasses at a reasonable price as well, I reckon I’m about 2 levels cooler now..

Recently purchased a pair of glasses here after an eye test. The turnaround time at Specsavers is a few weeks at the moment and to be honest, I'm not really a fan of the spectacles there, so I thought I'd try Ace & Tate. All specs here are £98 before you add any extras. For £25 they can have your glasses ready next-day, so I opted for this option as I needed glasses quite quickly. The young girl who served me was very helpful and helped me choose a pair that I am very happy with. It was very clean inside and covid rules were followed, with every pair of glasses that I tried on cleaned immediately afterwards. They have a really nice range of glasses here, and the customer service was excellent.

Highly professional eye test conducted here. Staff are all incredibly helpful and will bend over backwards to help you with what you need. Lovely selection of high quality frames, everything is very reasonably priced and I love the option of having clip on lenses to bring the cost of sunglasses down. I shan't be going to any other optician in the future. Thank you Ace and Tate!

Edit - I can confirm that after an initial bad experience Ace & Tate are Doing everything possible to make this situation right. The customer service team in Amsterdam were quick to respond & Amy the store manager in Brighton has this far been brilliant. I look forward to giving Ace & Tate a chance to redeem themselves with me. Have literally just had an appointment cancelled due to them not apparently being able to cater for prescription! In 36 years of wearing glasses I’ve never heard such rubbish. Ace & Tate claim to use thinner lenses which are all I’ve ever had due to a high prescription however apparently they aren’t suitable for me, ridiculous

Absolute superb service at Ace&Tate, the front-end employees are so nice, welcoming and accommodating even though I kept coming back to have my new glasses readjusted!! 😅 The optician, Malek, was also very kind and took the time to check out my very (very) bad eyesight.
