G. C.Having visited Bromptons 2 years ago it didn't occur to me to go anywhere else when I was due a sight test and inevitably update my look. I have to say the service provided by George and the whole team is second to none. Made to feel relaxed and comfortable with all the time in the world to help choose the right frame. Mustn't forget to mention Laura who in my view carries out the most comprehensive and informative sight tests I've experienced. An all round faultless and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Thank you all.

The selection was great, I paid before leaving and they delivered the frames to my new hometown/address just under 72 hours later.
The product in store was great, George was very helpful without being up in my space or annoying as I was trying pairs out and he got the frames to me in time. Glad I deviated from high street opticians!

D. B.Fantastic service and super helpful, I travel London to Brighton just to visit Bromptons. They have great selection of frames you can’t find in most places and have great lense options from dealers all over the world. I have a high prescription which normally means I get v thick lenses but Bromptons have a dealer in Japan then can make very high quality thin lenses for my prescription. I highly recommend!
D. R.This was my first visit to Bromptons as I had followed an Optometrist from a previous opticians' in Brighton because I valued their skill and professionalism.
I cannot speak for the stock of frames but the equipment used in my eye test appeared to the highest quality. It is certainly the most comfortable as you do not have to endure those ill fitting dummy frames as the various corrections are fitted or the sharp blast of air during pressure test! It is also true that the imagining quality of the optical photography is the best I have seen.
My only complaint was the price, it cost me £98 for the comprehensive tests...I guess that's the price you pay for this level of equipment!
M. C.I visited Bromptons to get a new pair of frames. After only having bought frames from high-street chains before, Bromptons was a really nice experience. Not only were they very helpful, I ended up getting a pair of frame they’d made themselves (Atlas). Highly recommend.
O. L.Awesome service, and so fast, especially as we have just come out of lockdown too. Had my test, helped choose my frames and within a week got my new glasses. They even expedited getting the lenses fitted as I could only collect on the saturday. Gonna be using Bromptons as my opticians from now on
