J. R.My Mum is nearing end of life at the ripe young age of 86. She always taught us to look after our eyes. Having severe Vascular Dementia amongst other conditions- it was difficult to take her to an outside appointment.
I found Care Opticians, rang them, appointment given to come to Mum’s home. Mel, member of staff tested Mum’s eyes patiently as Mum performed - her test was successfully completed. Mum’s prescription had changed. Within 2 weeks, Mel had ordered and delivered to Mum’s home. Adjusted fitting and all is very well.

Home service for Mum was the only option and she had the best service - 11/10 from me! 😊
