I could not be more pleased, both with my new glasses, which are unquestionably the best lens prescription, and the most well-fitting frames I have experienced within sixty-three years of wearing glasses fulltime. Also, and just as importantly, I was treated with the utmost care and consideration, both by the examing optician, the lady who fitted my new spectacles. and the person who answers their phone and deals with queries. They are friendly. ,yet treat you with dignity and great consideration. Honestly, they tick all the boxes, and I uttrly reddomend them. Thank you,

What a superb service. My husband recently suffered a stroke and was unable to get out to for an eye test, after calling these guys an appointment was made and Andrew came and did the eye test. Andrew made it all so easy and effortless for my husband, test done glasses chosen, payment taken and under 2 weeks later his colleague came to deliver and fit the spectacles. The whole team are so friendly, professional and reassuring in these unsure times, we would definitely recommend them. My husband is now enjoying being able to see his beloved sport on TV much clearer.

What amazing service from Care Opticians who went to visit my Mum at home in Wimborne, for an eye check this week. Andrew spent almost an hour checking everything for her. She had been to A and E earlier this week after a worrying experience with her right eye. The nicest thing was the time he spent explaining and reassuring her. This was so beneficial and has taken a lot of the worry she had away. Excellent service from the first phone call to Andrew visiting just 3 days later. Thank you once again for a wonderful service and I would have no hesitation recommending this company.

It was such a relief to find Andrew from Care Opticians who could visit my elderly and disabled Mum who was unable to travel to her usual optician. He was able to visit her in her own home and carry out a very thorough eye test. He was very kind, patient and was able to give her confidence that with the correct prescription she would be able to see more clearly. She is now waiting for her new glasses to be delivered to her by a member of staff who will check that all is well with the fitting etc. We highly recommend the service.

Care Opticians provided a wonderful service for my mother - a very patient and painstaking eye examination, followed by the unfolding of several cases full of glasses frames and a very wide range of different styles and colours to choose from. A complete optician's visit in our own living room! Andrew Bassford was very kind and patient and we were delighted with the whole experience.

I find it difficult to get my elderly father to appointments, so when I heard an optician would do home visits I made an appointment and was very glad I did. My father received a thoroughly professional eye test from the comfort of his armchair and new glasses have been ordered which will take a couple of weeks to come through.
