Ollie quinn been suggested to me from some friends, I decided to give it a try, I am living in Hove, so I went to the Brighton brunch. One of my best experiences in UK in terms of optician, i went for an eye test first and the visit itself wasn't rushed at all and the person took their time to explain me how my prescription changed. I decided to get a new pair of glasses and the team there was lovely, they helped choosing the frame that would suit me the best. In a week time my glasses were ready, I went to collect them and they felt so good on me, also it was nice to have a quick chat with Nat and Alfie, they were polite and funny. Highly reccomend this place! 🥰

I have got very high prescription lenses and after a long search in Brighton's Opticians, I found Ollie Quinn. I'm so glad I did! I just got my glasses and they are perfect and I couldn't be happier. I had such a great experience buying my first glasses here the other day. I went in for an eye test and for a pair of sunglasses. The staff were super friendly and very supportive in giving their opinion when I tried on a couple of different frames. 200% happy with my glasses and the service I received from the OQ Brighton Team. As a very sensitive customer, I'm definitely not easy to deal with, but the team has been doing a wonderful job in making me feel very welcomed, understood and valued. The team is super helpful, knowledgeable and has always a very positive and understanding attitude. Any issues were resolved within no time and no extra cost. The little extras, smiles of the team and ease they handle problems with your 'set of eyes' really make a difference and make OQ to my opticians of preference and trust. I love the choice and quality of the frames - great for a clumsy head like me (it's my 3rd pair from OQ).

Service was good. About a year ago was glad they were open during pandemic. Now glasses are cracked and still quite painful to wear. Unclear how this information feeds back into the operations as it is specific to the frame and quality control.

Great service and selection! Lots of information also about different lenses and frames. Unfortunately I didn’t receive any email or message when my glasses were ready so I had to call back after 2 weeks. But apart from this I would recommend for sure!

Great customer service - experienced today by bringing in my spectacles to the Brighton store as one of the arms was a little loose. Vivi spent the time and lots of effort to find the right screw (and that wasn't easy as they are so small) to tighten the arm. She showed total focus & dedication and her efforts are very much appreciated as my spectacles are no longer falling off my odd shaped head!! Highly recommend - spectacles are fantastic and great value also!!

Excellent glasses shop! I went in after trawling round 5 other glasses shops and disliking all the glasses and being confused by pricing. I loved all the frames in Ollie Quinn, so much nicer than everywhere else! I also loved that everything was a fixed price of £105 and included the single lens and all coatings. They staff were lovely and helpful, especially while I asked stupid questions as they're my first pair of glasses. Definitely recommend.

What a wonderful shopping experience from start to finish. Calm atmosphere, great store and wonderful staff. Picked up my glasses up right after Brighton Pride parade had passed and was sat down with a beer and left with my excellent glasses and a lovely Rainbow temporary tattoo. We were looking after a friends puppy over the holidays. I woke up on Christmas morning to mangled glasses with one of the lenses popped out. I took them into the Brighton branch and within 5 minutes they managed to repair, refit and polished them for me at no charge. An excellent service and really nice staff.

So I'd been coming to this place for three months trying to choose new glasses (they're all so great!), and it's always been such a pleasure, 'cause the staff is super friendly and helpful, designs are wicked, overall, such a pleasant place to pop in! So I've bought one of those "found it in my grandad's closet" type of glasses and everyone keeps on complimenting how rad they look! My face feels so zen now as well (lol). But like honestly, I had one of the best shopping experiences in this shop! Oh and the optician lady deserves a medal, she's honestly phenomenon!

What a great business model...quality products....a good choice of frame, lens, size, colour......but not overwhelming....add that all prices are the same ..it means that choosing is straight forward. Wonderful to be able to tailor what you want to fit and suit, rather than choose from competing brands...all of which are made by the same manufacturer and price premiums to do with brand success rather than quality.
