My wife and I have been in here a few times since we moved to Hailsham and the service is always consistently very good, very friendly and helpful staff and a nice, bright, airy, clean and recently renovated large shop. I popped in today to have my reading glasses nose pad fixed and despite looking very busy and a notice saying "appointment only" a young gentleman called Jonathan served me with a genuine smile and fixed them very quickly, no fuss what do ever. Great job Hailsham Specsavers, thank you 👍🙂

The staff at Specsavers were polite and attentive 😃. The eye test was comprehensive, great choice of frames and, my vision is better than ever! My only (minor) gripe is: one of the cases is a little too big. Thanks Specsavers.

I’m new in town, decided to get my eye test done at specsavers (Brighton, London Rd) as the other store I bought my frames from where charging me the moon for an eye test. I wish I knew about specsavers I would’ve even bought my frames here. Not only were the eye test rates reasonable, it was by far the most comprehensive eye tests I have ever been provided and the results where instant. I got to see a clear picture and precise details of my eyes anatomy, thanks to Dr. Jill young and associates (I wish I got their name). You can tell they all enjoy their job & got me so fascinated in my eye health with the amount of information.

Really lovely team. Dr. Khan was a very knowledgeable and great optometrist who made me feel at ease. Mahara was also lovely and was very patient with me while I was choosing my frames and was very knowledgeable about different lense thicknesses! It was my first experience at this branch and it was a great one, thanks so much to the team (big shout-out to the crew who kept sanitising the glasses after I tried them on as I couldn't decide!) :)

Amazing customer service! I booked an eye test because I had accidentally broken my glasses that morning. The optometrist was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I would like to give a special mention to Izzy who was a fantastic help when choosing my glasses. She then went above and beyond by taking the lenses out of my broken frames and putting them into spare frames so I would not be without glasses whilst I waited for my new ones. She also enlisted her brilliant colleagues in helping her with this when it proved to be a tricky task. Thank you so much Izzy and team, you made my day!
