C. H.I Recently placed an order to collect in store the next day. Unfortunately when I went to the store to collect them, they were experiencing issues with their system which meant they were unable to see my order and I therefore couldn’t collect them at that time. I explained how they were actually a gift for someone and that I needed to collect them that same day ideally and one of the staff members who I spoke to (I didn’t catch their name!) solved the issue so efficiently and quickly and called me straight away once I was able to collect them (which was that same day). I was really grateful for them sorting this for me and they were all very friendly. Highly recommend.
