Had new glasses ordered here and sent old pair to get new lenses. Old pair unfortunately broke during the refit but was warned this may happen, however was adequately reimbursed with a generous amount off another pair of glasses, yes I have 2 pairs which is a just precaution with a toddler in the house... The customer service here is amazing, on my first visit I was guided through most of the men's styles by Luke who was a complete legend. Gave great advice and seemed to find glasses which weren't even on display for me to try! After getting my 2nf pair I found that they were a little loose on the fit and slid down my nose a lot, so I paid a visit again and Luke once again fixed the issue quickly. All in all great experience here from the eye exam to post sale care. Great job team!

I am really happy with my experience I am usually very anxious . I really like that there is a little waiting area away from the main part of the store. Anisa was really thorough with my appointment as I had been having some issues and I felt they really took their time to check everything out and explain the results. Elias and Anna helped me choose some really nice glasses that fitted my face well and I've gotten lots of compliments already!

I had a really pleasant experience. I visited on a Saturday morning. I had a prescription from another provider but saw some frames I wanted at vision express. It was realtively straight forward. I've not got my glasses yet but the person who was serving me was really helpful and lovely.

Great branch who were very helpful throughout the process. I was served by Beatriss who made selection of my glasses a breeze, as usually this can take a long, long while. Glasses now ready for collection within a few weeks of order. Highly recommended.

I found the staff ever so friendly and helpful. If anything I don’t think there was enough staff as you could see potential clients but no staff available to help them. So missed opportunities and missed sales. I also wanted sunglasses but unfortunately not much of a display because they keep getting stolen. It is simple really to move them to the back of the shop next to the tills but apparently that’s not allowed. I am really happy with my purchases and the advice I was given.

Very satisfied with all consultants but less impressed with follow up such as new lenses which I was told would take 10 days. Also as I have a favourite pair of reading glasses I was told that replacing lenses in my old glasses was not covered by insurance and I was expected to pay £69 without being offered refund should something go wrong when the specs were sent away. Needless to say I declined to send them and will now look for an optician that can supply laboratory facilities on site in future.

I phoned to ask if I could bring my specs in for adjustment. I was given an appointment & turned up with 2 pairs of specs. The very efficient & pleasant young woman fixed them both, so they were fabulously comfortable. Plus - there was no fee to pay!

Contact Lens assessment with John at Brighton always very relaxed as John explains everything so well. Very comfortable experience. Eye Test again really experienced staff put you totally at ease. A comfortable safe visit. Would highly recommend as totally customer focused.

Understandably the shop was only temporary and space was at a premium. The Optometrists were great and changed their PPE for each client. Having to wait for my daughter while she had her test, I was able to observe the rest of the staff gong about their duties. Not once did any of them change their gloves, aprons or masks. I was in the store for over an hour! The staff were all very polite and helpful as usual.

what a happy lot of staff at the Brighton branch. All very helpful and chatty making me feel comfortable. i was helped to choose my frames with out being rushed and they were more than happy for me to try on as many frames as i liked even though they then had to clean them all before replacing back on the rack.

I feel confident that my eyes are being cared for and the best advice given. They have a great selection of frames - prices to suit all pockets and are very skilled at helping you find the right frame for your face especially if you are not sure and need a little help in choosing.

Just wanted to say the staff here were great. Came in for an eye test and to get a new pair of glasses. Trevor who checked my eyes was extremely thorough in his examination and gave a complete overview about how my eyes were faring. Jeff helped me choose my frames and went into great detail about style and how different elements of the frames on offer, combined with the thickness of the lenses in them, would change how each frame appeared. Overall I was able to make a genuinely informed decision because of the attention to detail these guys demonstrated. I really appreciate the help and all the best

Great service. Unlike some of the other Vision Express stores, this isn't a franchise. The staff offer superb service, you really won't find better. They are compassionate and caring, with expert knowledge. They have state-of-the-art facilities here. The price is higher than competitors but considering how fundamental eyesight is to our human experience, worth every penny.

I experienced customer service at its best when I visited Vision Express at Churchill Square Brighton on 4th April 2019. Special mention goes to Adam my Optometrist. I felt my eye test was very thorough. There was plenty of discussion and explanation regarding the health and condition of my eyesight. Then I was referred to Olivia for more excellent customer service. She helped me greatly to pick two frames I am very happy with how they turned out with my prescription. As I was on a short break from Ireland Olivia arranged that I could collect my glasses from Vision Express in Cork. I just collected my glasses yesterday eventhough they were ready for collection some days earlier. Also found Oli very helpful over the phone when I decided to purchase insurance for my glasses. Well done to all the staff at the Brighton and Cork branches of Vision Express. Excellent experience of customer service. Thanks. Joseph.

My last test showed I needed reading glasses which made my prespriction more complex, and they have been simply outstanding.
