a. b.The service is very thorough and a quality experience, my glasses have fitted perfectly with no adjustments and I have been wearing them with no feeling of 'need to get used to them'. Very happy and recommend them, really good !!
R. B.The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The Optician, Mr Lewis, was very friendly. He explained the tests he was doing and what they were for. The guy who helped me pick the frames provided feedback in a pleasant and inoffensive way, not easy I would imagine. He was also very informative about the pros and cons of the different types of lenses, coatings, ect. All in all, they made an experience I wasn't looking forward to, very easy.

From the initial phone call booking an appointment for someone who had not seen an optician for twenty years, through to Mr Lewis doing the examination, the technician helping to choose the right frames and the young lady fitting the glasses, the service has been first class.
