I was so nervous about reluctantly going for my first eye test..In forty odd years, knowing I needed glasses ! I postponed making any appointments as I feared the worst. One day I expressed my concerns to the wonderful receptionist she showed me kindness in the way she interacted..she gave me an appointment.with a lovely optician..who also made me feel at ease..After the meeting she said I only need the glasses for reading as tiny/small words which I once had no problem reading now appear fuzzy.she said whats happened to me is normal for my age..my eyes are healthy.. I only got a slight discrepancy in one of my eyes .when all is said and done.I dont know why I was so nervous..I guess its the unknown.More importantly I want to say a huge Thank you to the beautiful staff @ Direct Eyecare Stapleton Road With my new glasses..I now read in High Definition 😎

Can not say a bad word against the service and professionalism here. For many months I have been suffering with my eyes with them burning,itching,watering,being severely red and painful and could not stop blinking in which people thought I had a twitch. The optician Mr Pervaze Jan put my eyes at ease and gave me a thorough examination checked the health of my eyes as well as checkin my pressure readings and retinal photography. He then recommended certain drops which my local doctor had not suggested to me after going to them as my first port of call. Within a day of using the drops recommended by Mr Jan my eyes looked the healthiest they had looked in months. The fact the optician was fully booked and squeezed me in at such notice as I was in so much discomfort I was truly grateful for and must compliment the staff and once again the optician on the most friendly and professional service I have ever received.I would highly recommend.
