I had a great experience at the Park street store in Bristol. I have a particularly strong glasses prescription and find it very hard to find nice glasses to fit and suit me, which makes me very self conscious whenever I need to buy new glasses. Mike, the sales person in the store was extremely helpful and made me feel at ease- explaining what would suit me and why and I found a beautiful pair of glasses that suited my style and made me feel much less conscious about my poor eyesight. I would throughly recommend this store for its expert advice and friendly environment.

Excellent follow-up care for my new spectacles. The frames creaked a bit when opened - weirdly. They were replaced within minutes and readjusted. I thoroughly recommend the excellent optometrists and tremendous shop staff.

Wonderful service from the whole team! Everyone was very attentive and helpful the whole time I was there. I went in for an eye exam and it was the most thorough one I've had. Kate took her time and asked a lot of questions which lead to a more in-depth conversation about something I didn't know was connected to my eye health. The team at OQ were really friendly and went out of their way to ensure that I had an excellent experience. I found there pricing structure really refreshing too. Absolutely amazing service! I've visited with my boyfriend a couple of months ago and was surprised by how accommodating and friendly the staff were. I've visited recently for myself and had a great experience. Despite Covid precautions in place, the staff didn't mind me trying lots of glasses on and taking my time. They gave me some advice to help me narrow down my options. Their flat pricing is very competitive - I was hesitant to come in initially, because it looks quite fancy from the outside, but their glasses are affordable and the service is great.

I popped into another retailer on Park Street where the experience was tricky to say the least. I then went into Ollie Quinn where the staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. They put me at ease and helped me choose the perfect frame. They didn't try and rush me and were happy to spend time helping choose my frame. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything to me clearly. I'm very happy I visited the store and I ordered my glasses to be delivered to my home.

I can't praise Ollie & Quinn enough! from the moment I walked through the door they were super welcoming, and made me feel at ease. The eye test I received was super efficient and friendly and the optometrist answered all my questions thoroughly. Finding the right pair of glasses was a breeze as the helpful gent (sorry i don't know his name!) picked out a couple of pairs for me and gave thoughtful advice on what would suit without being "salesy". After popping into Ace & Tate, and being made to feel most unwelcome (the shop assistant even said ‘don’t try on the glasses as I have to clean them’), we visited Ollie Quinn a few shops down Park Street. The experience couldn’t have been more different. The manager Mike was so friendly and helpful. He was happy to spend an hour chatting, and recommending glasses. Great service - staff are always friendly and quick to serve. Staff wear masks and hand sanitiser available at the entrance. The eye-test is thorough and carried out in a Covid safe manner. The choice of frames is very up to date and all at one price. The finished glasses prices are mid range - around £200 for glasses with varifocal lenses. Follow-up service is excellent - no appointments required, immediate attention by staff.

The best place for eyewear in Bristol! I got my glasses a few weeks ago (and forgot to review-oops!) and the customer service I received from both members of staff was excellent. Recently I purchased a pair of lovely glasses. Which is the first pair I actually enjoy wearing, everyone comments how lovely they are. When choosing my glasses the shop in Bristol the staff were very chilled, no pressure At all. I was even offered a drink and snack. When I needed help, staff were friendly and confident, and defiantly knew their collection of specs and picked out many styles to suit my face shape. Also at a Brilliant price. I like so many and I’m excited to go back and choose a further pair. My glasses are modern and quirky. If you want a great selection of frames different from the norm. I have been with O&Q for a few yeats now. Very nice good quality glasses. I have always been very happy with them. My glasses broke right at the beginning of lockdown and I was stuck with my old prescription ones. So, yesterday, one of their first opening days since lockdown, I went down to Park Street O&Q shop. Can't recommend Ollie Quinn enough. Luke was really helpful and lovely, finding frames that suited my face! I've always struggled as my prescription is high, so finding the right size frame is really tough, but couldn't be more pleased with the ones Luke suggested. I had a faultless experience buying sunglasses from Ollie Quinn. It came completely out of left field as I only wandered in to 'have a nose' and intended to buy a pair form a well known high street brand. The sunglasses appear to be very high quality, they look great and the service I received in the store was superb. They took the time to properly assess fit, advised me to return if I felt it could be better and adjusted the frames a fortnight later after I found they'd been slipping down my nose slightly. They are now the best fitting as well as best looking sunglasses I've had!
