Busy, but not as busy as Bath. Ordered glasses, went back to collect a week later and the order hadn't been done. Said they could sort in 30 mins, which they did as it turns out lab is above shop. Well done I suppose, four stars. But if that's the case why do I have to wait a week - can't everything be done a lot quicker? This is the second less-than-perfect service from Specsavers which makes me think I'll look around next time.

I phoned Specsavers today to request a receipt to cover treatment in Feb. 2020 for my health insurance claim, they no longer just accept a debit card receipt. The young woman I spoke with was so helpful in arranging this for me I feel I must congratulate you in having such an exceptional staff member. I thought I was a ski g for something which would be a nuisance but she was brilliant and arranged for me to pick it up in store the following day. Thank you very much for your help.

What a fantastic experience! All 3 members of staff I dealt with during my eye test today were outstanding. Highly skilled and with good old fashioned manners . The eye tests are of hospital complexity now and I felt very well cared for with every step explained fully. Glasses are a necessary but expensive outlay so it's good to feel you are getting a good service!

Good place. Very fast seen by a very nice optician even tho they was extremely busy. I was even told there could be a long wait which I expected seeing how many people were in there. But I sat down pulled my phone out to text browse etc, I was half way through sending my 1st text when I was called in for my exam. I was then shown some frames that looked good on me and made a final selection and collected my new glasses about 2 weeks after my exam, be mind full it was the 23rd December I had my exam and normally I would of collected my new glasses a few days after the exam but xmas and the new year celebrations got in the way which is absolutely no fault on specsavers. I highly recommend them to everyone. It's been 5 years since I had my last exam by them and my prescription had changed considerably as expected as my current specs was becoming useless. It's advised to go back once per year but life gets in the way easily and procrastinate it for another year. But I had to go as I said my current specs became making my vision a lot worse making it dangerous for driving and cycling and damaging to your eyes I would imagine by not going once per year made my eyes worse but I'm happy with my new glasses and vision is clear. The difference is amazing. Specially on phones and computers. I no longer have to cringe and hold away the phone to read a text all tho old habits die hard and I kept on moving the phone away from me even tho I never had to. It became a reaction lol. But yes. Great staff. Great place. Been using them as long as they been there in the keynsham shop.
