Efficient and friendly staff with good aftercare. Happy to recommend Specsavers. I've also helped an elderly friend to an appointment and watched the caring attention given to someone who has slowed because of age.

Really very busy when I went for my appointment 27th April. But waiting time was minimal. Had an eye test carried out by Nero, (sorry Nero, probably spelt wrong). He was super polite, efficient and professional. Not pushy at all. Shame he supported Liverpool, but can't have everything! Haven't ordered any glasses yet, but on this initial visit, would recommend.

Friendly service tho sometimes have to wait a few mins to be served. Great opticians, friendly, good advice, don't feel pressured into anything. Have shopped with for several years now and been very happy with, competitively priced, good Covid arrangements

Excellent covid precautions. Met at the door by a member of staff, shown to a seat then through to first part of eye test. Everything looked very clean and was wiped down after I'd used it. Optician herself was very pleasant. She took her time, going through medical history and lifestyle. Eye test experience was much better than I'd experience in other Specsavers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend specsavers Thornbury.

Optician and staff were very helpful. Unfortunately it was not possible to find the correct prescription lens because I have WMD and unexpectedly the hospital consultant decided I needed cataract surgery. This meant that the glasses would be unsuitable. Specsavers refunded all the money I had paid which was very kind of them.

Very helpful staff. The optician was fantastic with my children, very patient. Pre-checks were good, machines were cleaned. The place is clean and tidy. Need a customer toilet!
