T. W.I got my new varifocals and for the first time ever just about everyone has said how my glasses suit me. The glasses are also really great I can see so much better. The service was first rate and the lovely staff have a great sense of humor too.

As my wife has had a stroke, the staff were excellent.
She had had some glasses from A.N other. Which cost £269.
According to Specsavers she only needed reading glasses at £19.
So very impressed with them.
And her glasses are fine
s. R.I visited Specsavers in Yate for the first time 2wks ago since moving to the area. The staff are all very well trained in their customer service and eye examinations.
I ordered varifocals which unfortunately I didn't get on with so returned today for help.
I was so pleased with the service I had today. Mr Brown (sorry can't remember your first name) sorted me out with new glasses and was more than helpful.
I will definitely be returning to this store.

m. G.I was served by a Jagtaar Singh, a wonderful gentleman, who helped me choose my varifocals. They were top of the range so I wanted I wanted to get everything right. I am so glad I went to this Opticians, because I’ve picked them up today and my sight is 20/20!!! Perfect!!! I don’t feel any different to when I was a young 21 years of age back home in Rome, I forget I have spectacles on! They are light weight, and crisp! Affordable, but top quality. Will be returning next year to see him again!!

s. v.Popped in whilst on a staycation, got a second opinion on a issue i've been suffering with for the past 6 months. Their advice worked and I have my healthy eyes back again. Now they've got me wanting to travel 2hrs for my annual check ups. Great service, highly recommended!

M.Not in there,no need after expensive laser surgery a few years back,l am sure their products are first rate and good value.l was but a passing shadow as l hurried on my way to the two charity shops that required my attention on that day,please support all the charity shops in Yate,sterling work.As for Specsavers,l suspect they don't need my review,they are well respected in their specialised field of retail.l hear,good service,good value for money,so if you think you need glasses and due to poor vision can still find the shop,then visit it A.S.A.P.

Not great until Nigel stepped in and figured out - thanks to his excellent customer manner, knowledge and experience which he put before anything else - exactly what I needed for my job. Now my glasses are perfect. He’s is a highly skilled professional and I can’t praised him enough. All the staff are very polite and helpful.
