A. E.Fantastic, knowledgeable staff who genuinely care about your wellbeing. I have taken my daughter to Peter Turner as she was prescribed glasses by another optician that my instincts felt she didn't need. Peter found that she actually didn't need glasses but that she has problems tracking and she focuses behind the object that she is looking at. He is an expert in vision therapy and has prescribed excercise to help her. I can see the changes already. If it hadn't been for him she would still be struggling with reading, writing and board work, amongst other things.
Breaks my heart to think how many other people/children are struggling because they have problems like she has, not needing glasses but are prescribed them, while the real problem is being left unattended.
I am deeply grateful to Peter and his team.

B.I bought a new pair of glasses recently from Turners last night I managed to loose a screw somewhere and nearly lost a lense.This morning I went up to Turners in my mobility scooter when I arrived the young lady opened the door for me and put down a ramp to allow my scooter in she also gave me a little shove.She then put in a new screw tigreened all the others and opened the door to help me get out.She was very helpful polite and charged me nothing I was very impressed.
