I was seeing by the most lovely person today, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but she was doing my eye test. She was so nice and professional and I felt really welcome and happy. I actually had done something really dumb and forgot a contact in my right eye, didn’t realise till she saw it and took it out for me! Felt very stupid but she made me feel better. Did not find the store hard to find at all, is by the back of the Tesco express near the pharmacy. I do all my eye things with vision express and always have great things to say about it. They didn’t even charge me for this disastrous eye test. Would def go back and recommend. If the lovely lady sees this thank you so much for being such a kind, loving human. You do brighter peoples day.

As noted in some reviews, this store IS INSIDE TESCO, at the back just next to the Pharmacy. Once you get there, the staff are super lovely, not pushy to buy new glasses when getting an eye test. I went in to go for a contact lens trial appointment, they did a quick test as mine was still valid but a bit old. They got me some test lenses and gave me a ton of time to learn how to take them in and out, it took me a while to get it (as you can expect) and they put no pressure on and were very patient. Afterwards they weren't pushy with signing up for a subscription, I asked to get an order sent out immediately (ready for a holiday) but their default is just to use the free trial and have a follow up appointment. Great team, will definetely go back again vs going to one of their bigger stores.

Such a lovely staff they work professionally and effective service, remind you all deals which is worth it as my eye side very low. I can't praise them enough for there great service, rearrange appointments and communication with customers about their appointments, reminders which make life easier. They never fuss to rearrange appointments. I love their service keep it up your good work.

Friendly staff and a very positive experience. Be aware that this location is INSIDE Tesco, located on the ground floor, against the back wall next to the Pharmacy. There are no signs except when coming DOWN the escalators from the clothing department!
