About a month ago I popped into Vision Express Opticians, Kingswood. I had a excellent service. I took in my Ray bans in as they kept following down my nose. They were very helpful. They sorted this out and my case was falling apart and they give me a new case. I offered money but they said go on our site and give us a rating. That is what I'm doing. All I can say is great service to both of the women who assisted me. Thankyou so much.

Very friendly, professional and attentive team in kingswood vision express, I had a thorough eye test, where the optician was very informative during the test explaining every step, so I felt very reassured the prescription was going to very accurate. Lisa helped me select the perfect frames and she was extremely patient and gave genuine great advice on which style and colour suited me, I'm very happy with the choice we made. Three lovely ladies that are a credit to your store.

My 8 year old boy woke up this morning with a really blood shot eye after being kicked in the head with a football yesterday. They lady at the desk was absolutely brilliant and got him seen straight away by the optician who was also very helpful and did all the checks on him to make sure his eye was ok. I’d just like to say to all of them thank you very much for being so kind and making sure he was ok. Absolutely brilliant team of staff and would highly recommend!!

I was in Kingswood when I remembered that my wife needed a case for her reading glasses. The first opticians I found was Specsavers, they were full. Right next door was Vision Express who had only one customer. On entry I was asked politely what I needed. I said that I required a case for my wife's reading glasses and that she prefers a soft sleeve style case rather than the bulky hard type. The assistant immediately got me what I wanted and, when I asked the price, was told that there was no charge. A refreshingly pleasant experience that I will not forget.

The lady who did the initial tests, the optometrist Helen, were excellent, thorough and explained the process clearly. Amy was then invaluable for her advice and input in the options available for glasses. For someone new to needing glasses I am grateful for the assistance provided.
