F.I had previously been a specsavers customer for years, but since moving home I changed to vision express for convenience and the Westbury on trym practice is now my main opticians, I can honestly say I had no idea I was not being treated with the level of care I needed untill I first came to this practice I had never taken a peripheral vision test before, and that was genuinely a shock to me.
For someone with the high levels of stigmas I have and never being able to have lazer as an option, this service has been very comforting to me, I rely on my glasses and contact lenses every day, life can be a challenging and scary place and really effect your confidence if you cannot make out peoples faces or expressions let alone read information.
Now I feel confident and comfortable in the knowledge that I am being taken care of to the best level possible.

The service is excellent, any issues with fitment and they're there to help, anytime. Any issues with the product at all and they will sort it.
They seem to keep a wide price range of products and keep their equipment upto date.
I've used many suppliers of spectacles over the last 40years and these guys are great.

F.Nice people, I bought a pair of glasses from them and they wanted me to determine which type I wanted put the glasses on so I was a fine except that I made a mistake with the lenses because I wanted vary focals and I mistakenly asked for the narrow ones, also The eye test I went through did not seem to give me the correct prescription because I cannot actually see or focus Long distance.
