S.If you are browsing websites looking for choices to meet your Optical needs and expectations then look no further than John Lewis Cardiff Store -I recently browsed many sites visited locations in Cardiff then decided to visit the store -based on the reputation of John Lewis primarily as a retail business -to engage with the Optical Department - it turned out to be a very necessary visit in terms of my overall health discovered through the professional expertise of optometrists Caroline Campbell & Maxine Seow - their dedicated attention to detail professional investigation analysis was outstanding ! Manners Integrity Decision Making were excellent -personal warmth charm they were so very reassuring and competent from which health decisions I have taken since have improved my quality of life. I have attended store on three occasions over 28 days and today I selected glasses from their global range attended to by store manager Mike Hiscocks - his manners attendance attention to detail -patience were very reassuring and a real pleasure as I made decisions which will improve the quality of my visual experience and overall vision . I do hope that senior management within the business take note of my comments and duly note where and when appraisals are completed -Thankyou Caroline Maxine Mike - a credit to the business and Optometrist's

Since getting a bit older my prescription has become more and more challenging and they have persevered to provide glasses and contacts and are happy to order up replacements and try all avenues until they get the perfect outcome.
D. W.I've been waiting 7 years to find a pair of glasses that fit properly, I find that most glasses are a one size fits all but here they had pairs of designer glasses in various frame sizes. The process was extremely quick and simple and the girl who attended to me was very polite, had a friendly disposition. She naturally made general conversation which made me feel comfortable. The whole process of fitting, measuring and taking payment was carried out within 10-15 minutes and the glasses included lense protection etc, which meant there was no up selling. 11-09-2019
