Robert E Lloyd have been my opticians since I was little and I have always had excellent service both from a quality and cost perspective. I always receive a caring welcome, they go above and beyond to help when needed and I always feel confident in the care they provide and are always able to answer my queries quickly. Having recently had a baby I feel confident she will get the best care with them when the time comes.

Highly recommend Robert Lloyd Opticians. They offer such a professional, efficient, specialist care throughout. I have been discussing contact lenses with James at Robert Lloyd. He was extremely patient and explained my options. Nothing was too much trouble and I tried differing solutions. I do a lot of sport, cycling, tennis and other activities. Finally I found the best solution for my needs and the lenses are very comfortable. My prescription is not easy for contact lenses but Robert Lloyd Opticians both James and Gabriela supported me extremely well. I really would recommend this optician.

Excellent level of service: friendly staff; thorough eye examinations; clear feedback from optician; liaison with medical centre and hospital. Personal service in record breaking time. I've been going to this practice for a long time - over thirty years. And with good reason. I cannot fault the care and service I receive every time I go. In recent years I've presented a pretty complicated case, now having a strabismus (eye turn with resultant double vision) on top of my usual fluctuating short-sightedness and a need, as is typical for someone my age, for reading glasses. This complex combination has been dealt with brilliantly, taking my personal requirements in terms of an active lifestyle into account as well. All along I've had everything explained to me fully, and felt as though I was being treated as an intelligent person and as an individual. I really can't praise the practice highly enough.
