Really friendly and professional staff. I first started coming to have my glasses "taken in" where they heat up the frames slightly and bend them into a more comfortable shape. I was pleasantly surprised to learn they never charge for this, despite the fact I hadn't purchased the glasses from them. When someone sat on my Oliver Peoples glasses and bent the right arm drastically out of shape, damaging the rivet in the right arm - I was understandably upset. I brought them in, expecting them to tell me that they were damaged beyond repair, but they did an incredible job of fixing them as best they could, and even advised me how to go about getting a replacement pair as mine were still within warranty. As far as I was concerned this was very good customer service again, considering I was still not even a paying customer at this stage. When I sent this pair of glasses back to the website I had purchased them from, I ordered a second pair from Stewart Greenberg - explaining that they would likely just be a spare pair, and that I didn't want to spend a great deal. Laura listened to exactly what I wanted and suggested a lovely pair by Paul Smith, which she said were marked down 75%. I'm really pleased with them. I recently ordered some prescription lenses for my sunglasses, and I'm pleased to say they've made the world of difference when I'm driving. Thank you to everyone in the Wellfield Road team, and keep up the good work!

Excellent service at Wellfield road branch, my partner and I both had eye tests and glasses,we dealt with a very nice, helpfully and experienced lady, and even got a discount, so much better than the cattle market experience you get with some of the big companies in town, we will definitely be back next time..
