O.had a problem with a broken frame on my glasses. called into my local asda opticians where the staff assisted me and carried out a repair which i was delighted with.i then decided to order two pairs of glasses one for reading and one for long-distance . What precipitated this decision was the wonderful standard of service i received from the manager and all the staff. they are truly real ambassadors for asda as absolutely nothing was to much trouble.i am not prone to giving reviews however in this case this is exceptional accolade to an exceptional group of staff.as of now these are the only people i will and would ever use . i regard it as my good fortune to have used the services of colchester asda opticians. well done to all the staff in this dept

I rang the shop in colchester and spoke to a lovely called Joanne who told me to come in and she’d have a look for me ! It’s wasn’t the pin as we both thought but she managed to sort it all out for me and was extremely helpful, and kind, She knew l’ld travelled over an hour to get to the shop, and the labs were closed due to the virus🦠
So she managed to sort my problem out on site,
I couldn’t praise her enough and I will definitely be coming back to you for my next lot of glasses
