I was made to feel special, great care was taken for the tests and so nice to have the latest eye test machine instead of those awful glasses where they add lenses. The after test looking at the frames was also very good, Leanne took time to make sure I had tried on as many frames as I wanted and suggested some too. She provided excellent advise for the lenses too. Overall a very pleasant experience, Thank you.

Vision Express have always been really good. Been going to these for years for my eyes and they have never let me down. Always extremely helpful and the staff always help me out due to bad anxiety. They take their time and never rush you and are very nice to talk to. They do whatever they can to make the whole thing as comfortable as possible, especially during any tests. They also helped with finding me the perfect pair of glasses that suited me, whether its helping me with the frame, material, shape and or anything else. Definitely highly recommended 😁

I broke my glasses and they could not be repaired. The gentleman was very helpful, he would have liked to fit my lenses into the same frames as I had, but they were discontinued. He then helped me find similar frames and ordered new lenses. I could not ask for better service,very kind and pleasant gentleman.

The lady that did the glaucoma test and the photos was npt unpleadant but was not particularly friendly, I felt like it was an inconvenience to have to attend to me. The chap that did the eye test was friendly, but professional, whilst at the same time relaxed and chatty. The chap that sorted out my requirement for frames was quite chatty but I felt had something else he would rather have been doing. When I went to collect them (2 pairs) only one was in stock. The lady gave them to me to put on and then adjusted the arm fitment and gave me the card of text to check they were ok. I left the store, got into my car and started to drive off, I then noticed the glasses sat far to high. The tops were above my eyebrows. I returned to the store where I was asked, by a very surly woman, what I wanted, I told her I needed my glasses adjudting and was told to sit and wait. After 2 or 3 minutes the original lady asked what the problem was, and proceeded to rectify it. At no time was I offered a mirror. Other opticians I have been to in the past, take a bit of care to ensure everything is right before you leave. From my one experience with Vision Express I feel that once you have paid your money, you are of no further interest to them, in fact you are probably a bit of a burden. I would suggest the optometrist that tested my eyes (Mishaal Bechra) is an asset to VE, whilst the other staff I dealt with could do with a refresher course in customer service.

Had my eye test at Vision Express today and the staff were so helpful. They were all busy but my appointment didn't feel rushed. Everything was explained very well and they are following Covid guidelines to keep everyone safe. Prices are very reasonable too!
