After many a year on the Spec savers treadmill I wasn't expecting the outstanding customer service I have recently received at Spondon Asda opticians! From making the first appointment I have felt truly valued and cared for, such a lovely experience to find warmth and honesty in this day and age, of robotic customer service staff! 10 out of 10

Been at this opticians for years, all the staff are so lovely, Hayley is a lovely optician and all the dispensary ladies are just as lovely. I can't fault this place, so helpful! thank you for making me feel like I'm in a safe and caring environment

Highly recommended opticians, nothing is too much trouble for them. Very friendly, knowlageable staff. We have found most local independent opticians to be just family run sales shops !
