Had my annual eye test today and everyone was so so lovely. I felt so at ease with asking questions and taking time when choosing my glasses. All members of staff were so welcoming, friendly and just the best we have ever had. Thank you so much! See you next year 😊

I had an appointment to see Sophie for new glasses .She went above and beyond to sort out 2pairs of lovely glasses for me..One pair to replace a much loved red or dead pair which were damaged..Couldn’t have asked for more,she even was able to put Urgent on new order(as others badly damaged)that they arrived quickly …..So happy with friendly service of all staff,professional and very,very helpful…110%recommend 😎…Thankyou all but special thanks to Sophie 😘

I cannot recommend this opticians enough. They diagnosed a potentially serious retina issue in 2017 that led to laser eye surgery which I view as having saved my sight. Now in 2020 I have some symptoms and they could not be more accommodating or helpful. No issue in giving a full 'five stars'. You can trust these folks with one of your most precious senses.

Optician was great. Front staff were pretty useless and unfriendly. Sjop staff were too busy between themselves and weren't interested in helping choose a pair of specs. The optician was very.
